The open data platform underneath OpenPolis — regulations.gov mirrored, flattened, and published as Parquet that anyone can query for free.
- 26M+ records — ~24M comments, 2M+ documents, 346K+ dockets — published to a public Cloudflare R2 bucket
- Zero query servers: notebooks, browsers, and AI assistants run DuckDB directly against Parquet over HTTPS
- Incremental ETL with a Bloom-filter manifest that cut processing memory from ~5 GB to ~34 MB
- Hosted MCP server so AI assistants can query the full corpus in SQL
