Free — No Commitment
Tell us about your biggest AI challenge. Within 48 hours, we'll send you a 1-page AI opportunity brief with actionable recommendations — completely free.
Deliverables
A concise analysis of where AI can have the biggest impact on your business, tailored to your specific use case.
Specific next steps — not vague advice. We'll tell you exactly what to build, what stack to use, and what it would cost.
We'll deliver your assessment within 2 business days. No waiting weeks for a proposal.
The assessment is yours to keep. Use it to build internally, hire someone else, or come back to us when you're ready.
Process
Three steps, two business days, no calls required unless you want one. You describe the problem in your own words — we do the technical translation.
01
The form takes about three minutes. Tell us the task that eats your team's time, the tool that doesn't talk to the other tool, or just the outcome you want. No technical vocabulary needed — plain description of the pain is more useful than a spec.
02
We look at your site, your industry, and the systems you mention, then work out which parts are genuinely a fit for AI and which are better solved with ordinary software. That distinction is most of the value — a lot of what gets sold as AI shouldn't be.
03
An email in your inbox within two business days — no attachment to open, no portal to log into. It carries a specific recommendation, a build approach, and a real cost range. If we think you shouldn't build anything, the brief says that too.
The brief
Five short sections, read straight from your inbox. Written to be useful whether or not you ever hire us — specific enough to hand to another developer, or to build from yourself.
FAQ
It's free and there's no catch beyond the obvious one: we write these hoping some readers hire us. You keep the brief either way, and it's written to be useful on its own — specific enough to build from yourself or hand to another developer. We'll email you the brief and may follow up once; every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
That's the most common case and it's fine. Describe the part of the business that frustrates you most — the manual process, the reporting that takes a day, the questions customers keep asking. Working out whether AI is even the right tool is the job the brief is doing.
A few sentences is enough to start. The more you tell us about the systems you already use and where the time goes, the more specific the recommendation gets — but we'd rather have a short honest description than a long speculative one.
Eugene, who does the engineering work too — there's no analyst layer or offshore team. He's built AI systems at Aetna/CVS Health, Cranium, and Booz Allen Hamilton, and currently builds and operates AURA, a research-security platform covering 21,000+ federally funded researchers.
Book a call and we scope it. Most first projects start as a $1,000 single build delivered in a week; if you have an ongoing backlog, the $2,000/month membership usually makes more sense. Nothing in the brief obligates you to either.
Yes, though public-sector work gets scoped individually rather than through the standard packages — security questionnaires, access controls, and procurement all change the shape of an engagement. Ask in the form and we'll route it accordingly.
